Gary,

8.8.1 release is an exception, since we found couple issues that were hard to work with in 8.8.0.Final. So no new naming schemes! No micro releases unless they are absolutely warranted going forward.

Ramesh..

In the repo I see:

8.8.0.Final/ Wed Aug 13 18:13:14 EDT 2014
8.8.1-SNAPSHOT/ Wed Aug 13 13:43:42 EDT 2014
8.8.1/ Thu Aug 14 09:44:43 EDT 2014

I want to check that will not be a "8.8.1.Final" like there was for 8.8.0? This is the new naming going forward?

Gary

Hello all,

A small fix release, 8.8.1, was posted to the downloads.  It contains four fixes: TEIID-3079, TEIID-3057, TEIID-3037, and a script fix.

You can also expect Teiid 8.9 Alpha2 next week.

Thanks,
The Teiid Team
