We're removing the following email lists which haven't been very active over the years and are basically redundant.

So moving forward, we'll be using the following as the primary list for TEIID announcements and miscellaneous posts.

Note that teiid-issues, teiid-commits, teiid-designer-issues and teiid-designer-commits will remain in place since they are integrated with JIRA and GIT.
