PowerMock Plugin Added And Mockito Upgraded

Just added org.powermock to the svn repository. This plugin works with org.mockito and adds the ability of mocking of static classes and methods and final classes and methods. I have modified a test in dqp.test but have not checked-in yet. Also upgraded org.mockito to 1.8.4 which is required by the powermock version I uploaded.
