[teiid-designer-dev] Update of master branch to teiid client 8.4-Final

Afternoon, Just to let you know that I have updated the teiid 8.4 client runtime plugin in Designer to teiid 8.4-Final. It has been tested connecting to an 8.4 server but if devs could update and put it through it paces, it would be appreciated.
