In last sentence above scratch "connectors" with CF, then it makes
sense.
I believe what I stated is correct. The CF is created automatically after auto-mapping to
an appropriate connector and migrating the connection info from the import over to the CF.
You've even stated in the past there is no need to reuse CFs.
The one issue I see if for some reason user likes to switch
model's
binding from CF-A to CF-B it may be tricky?
Why would we even assume this would be desired? What's the use case?
I also, would recommend to provide in the above mentioned
"pivot" view a
way "export" CF for given VDB. So, that they can take with them to other
environments as a template.
