I've just checked in a change to our org.teiid.designer.webservice project that removes the no-longer-used dependency to org.apache.commons.validator. That means both the org.apache.commons.validator project and it's single dependency, the org.apache.oro project, are no longer used anywhere in Designer, so I've removed both from SVN, and you may therefore remove them from your workspace.
