When Teiid Server credentials are saved, they are added to Eclipse's broader framework. If you check your preferences (see Workaround description) you may find a number of entries for Teiid Admin and Teiid JDBC info. When a Teiid Editor page is opened, Designer attempts to retrieve the password value from the storage. Sometimes it fails. In Cojan's case, it happened after upgrading to new JBDS and JBDSIS versions.
