1 - Create a new XML document model
2 - When the New Model Wizard gets to the page where you select the schema root elements
for the virtual document, try to resize by dragging the right margins to the left.
3 - Note the individual panels in the Wizard do not resize. Instead, they shrink and
ultimately disappear.
Vertical resizing fails in a similar fashion
