We need to really try and distinguish between the generation of "COMMENT ON
XXXX" DDL statements from Table and Column Description text and the simple DDL file
comments that are NOT executed.
The DDL File comments contain both DB-Specific Header info and comments pertaining to what
was included or NOT included in the DDL Export.
Exporting a relational to ddl, and turned off the comments option did
not eliminate the comments from the ddl file.

Using the export option to DDL, and changed the option to remove comments from being put
into the ddl file, did not work. All the comments appeared there.
