----------------------------------------------------------------
Actually, Salesforce has excludes() and includes() pushdown/source functions that were
modeled via this action.
http://help.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/filter_operators.htm
We'll need to re-visit this action and refactor the built functions so Teiid knows
they are pushdown functions....
Fix...
* Change action to "Add Salesforce includes()/excludes() pushdown functions"
* Add option in importer to "Add includes()/excludes() pushdown functions
* Change CreateSalesForceFunctionsAction.run() method to add new "procedures"
rather then create new Function model with scalar functions.

UDF jar path is required for SalesForce Function Model

Key: TEIIDDES-1719
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-1719
Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 8.1
Environment: JBDS 6.0.GA, Teiid Designer 8.1.Beta
Reporter: Lucie Fabrikova
Assignee: Mark Drilling
Fix For: 8.2
Attachments: sf.xmi
I created new source model by importing data from metamatrix demo SalesForce test
account. On last page of importer, I checked the "Create a procedure for the
GetUpdated operation." and "Create a procedure for the GetUpdated
operation." Then I tried to generate a function model by following steps; the
functional model is invalid.
Steps to reproduce:
1. right-click the sf.xmi: Modelling > Create SalesForce Function Model
2. Error log: missing UDF jar path
