These properties still need to be accounted for, whether on the function metamodel and/or
the relational metamodel. Now that we have the concept of a source pushdown function via
the relational model, then these properties are already applicable to the relational
metamodel.

Vararg support allows for functions with any number of parameters. It requires adding
additional metadata to a parameter or function to indicate that the last parameter accepts
any number of arguments of that type.
