Without this fix, first time users will probably Edit models and re-deploy VDB's that
they think are changed, but are not.
Adding this to 7.1.1 since it'll be a simple fix as Critical.

From a usability stand point, it would be good when performing synchronization of models
that the vdb could also be saved. The combination of these 2 steps will be used
heavily, and it would be nice to make it a single step.
