On export of dyn. vdbs, added check to add options if they exist for a Result Set. Still
waiting for changes in teiid parser and we'll need to add specific options for result
sets if Teiid adds them as standard extension properties.

Teiid DDL now supports options for procedure/functions returns clause parameters:
... RETURNS (options ...) type
... RETURNS (options ...) TABLE (...)
