This will required updating the relational.mxd (MED) to include these extension properties
for Materialized views. This includes the relational constants and relational assistant
classes which provide/filter properties based on selection. (i.e. only with virtual
tables)

Importing a DDL similar to the one
[here|https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/teiid810final/External+Materia...],
the Materialized property of the view table is set, but the Materialized Table property is
not.
