This feature is working correctly. The comments the option refers to are the entity
descriptions (tables, columns). The header comments in the ddl will not be suppressed.
Since this is a source of confusion here are some alternative:
1. Add a new option to "Generate Header Comments" and change the current option
to "Generate Entity Comments from Descriptions"
2. Just change the current option to "Generate Entity Comments from
Descriptions"
3. Change the current logic to omit all comments (I don't like this option since one
of the generated comments is "Generate comments = false")
Open to suggestions/more alternatives.

Using the export option to DDL, and changed the option to remove comments from being put
into the ddl file, did not work. All the comments appeared there.
