Barry LaFond updated TEIIDDES-1465:
-----------------------------------
Summary: Develop utility to replace vdb.xml manifest in existing VDB in workspace
to use in ExecutionAdmin.mergeVdbs() method (was: Develop utility to add VDB imports to
existing VDB in workspace to use in ExecutionAdmin.mergetVdb() method)
Description:
Upgrading to Teiid 8.x methodology resulted a removal of their mergeVdb() method from
their API
Instead, the process involves adding vdb imports to a VDB.
So in Teiid Designer's ExecutionAdmin.mergeVdbs() method, there is missing logic that
can replace the vdb.xml with a version that includes the added VDBImportMetadata
