----------------------------------------------------------------
I see the new entries in the vdb-deployer.xsd
<xs:element name="allow-execute" type="xs:boolean"
minOccurs="0"/>
<xs:element name="allow-alter" type="xs:boolean"
minOccurs="0"/>
Are there any other rules we need to know besides what's in the description above?
Assuming "Alter Statements" apply to any View Table/Procedure that contains an
Alter Statement? so this wouldn't apply to any Relational Table/column etc?

Key: TEIIDDES-946
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-946
Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: VDB & Execution
Affects Versions: 7.4
Reporter: Steven Hawkins
Assignee: Steven Hawkins
Fix For: 7.5
Teiid now has permissions for allowing alter (alter) statements and for
procedure/function execution (execute).
execute is applicable only to procedures/functions. Currently alter is only applicable
to views/procedures, but there's no need make that restriction visually.
