Steven Hawkins commented on TEIIDDES-1721:
------------------------------------------
This is basically a duplicate of TEIID-52 - since designer just relies on Teiid's
parser/string logic and we effectively throw away whitespace/comments.
Any operation that designer performs at the level of language objects simply doesn't
carry enough information to preserve formatting.
When developing a virtual procedure, quit removing my spaces after
its validated, they are there for my readability

Key: TEIIDDES-1721
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-1721
Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Modeling, Usability
Affects Versions: 7.8
Reporter: Van Halbert
When writing a virtual procedure, and press validate, the transformation editor is
replacing the content that has all the spaced lines removed. From a usability
standpoint, I add them for readability.
