Resolution: Done
committed to master, 9.0.x and 8.6.x.
Brought over the cache hint logic from Teiid SQLParserUtil, re-enabled the cache hint logic in our QueryParser to set the hint (if exists) on the Command. Also added checks to discover leading and trailing SQL comments and applied to Command too. Exposed these strings via applicable visit(Command) methods in SQLStringVisitor

[JBoss JIRA] (TEIIDDES-2407) Support temporary table on commit behavior
by Steven Hawkins (JIRA)
Steven Hawkins updated TEIIDDES-2407:
-------------------------------------
Description: Teiid now has support for the create temporary table ON COMMIT PRESERVE ROWS option. Designer should add the corresponding support. (was: Now that our temporary tables are transactionally aware we should support the on commit clause.
Our current default for on commit is effectively "preserve rows", which is contrary to the sql specification. We should also offer delete rows and possible drop (similar to pg sql).)

Barry LaFond resolved TEIIDDES-2349.

DiagramEditor resource event processing was partially reloading the model in the editor. Added additional checks.

> Changes made to a project imported into the workspace from zip seem to persist even after deleting the project (including contents on disk) and importing it again.
> Closing and reopening the project after the second import or restarting JBDS solves the issue on Windows, on Linux only restarting JBDS helps.
