If the PK/FK is present we'll use that information just as we would in a single source - we do not however enforce the FK. That can be done through the use of an update procedure though.

I have a project with 1 source model and 2 view models. Each of the models contains one table. One of them uses foreign key from the second one. Designer complains about the circular dependency, but I don't think there is one.

WSDL file should be added to the list after setting the URL, however in this case, dialog remains unchanged and I'm getting this to the console:
