it would be nice to remove the designer schema/catalog concepts altogether as they have no
real runtime representation - they simply become part of the table name. This would also
remove potential name ambiguities due to how child catalogs/schemas can be added in the
relational model.
The only usefulness of these constructs is in having designer attempt to represent the
exact form of the source metadata.
