Barry LaFond resolved TEIIDDES-2280.

Resolution: Rejected
Users have the Save (cntl + S) and Save All (cntl + shift + S) options at any time in
eclipse. So adding special Designer contact/toolbar actions to perform same would be
redundant.
Usability: add SAVE option when right mouse clicking
