Show Preview VDB and Show Preview Data Sources are still valid options since these
"objects" are somewhat transient.
Translators are NOT transient and pretty much stable during Designer sessions, so I'd
vote to remove the "Show Translators" check-box and feature and ALWAYS show
translators in the translators folder.

On the servers view, the Teiid Configuration has 'Data Sources',
'Translators' and 'VDBs' folders. The 'Data Sources' and
'VDBs' folders show the corresponding items, but the 'Translators' folder
is always empty.
