Mark Drilling resolved TEIIDDES-1352.

Resolution: Done
Changed default weighting of the ResultsView sashForm - shows more of the ResultsTable by
default. If the user resizes the splitter, that sizing will be maintained. Reverts to
default if the ResultsView is closed and re-opened.
