Resolution: Done
This was fixed for 7.1 release. Replace dynamic image generation to use standard icon
image framework. Same icons as used in Data Role Editor

When models are synchronized, the VDB editor shows a large gray square. When not in
synch, it changes to an unchecked checkbox. Synching the model causes the icon to revert
to the gray square.
