Resolution: Done
Just needed to add the notion of the "Editor"'s read-only state in
FacetModel class based on the cached "schema" object's model resource
read-only state.
Simple fix.

Work on fixing NPE for TEIIDDES-573 & 612 resulted in breaking the ability to create
a sub-type element from a selected built-in datatype.
The isReadOnly() check is performed on the selected datatype instead of the Schema model
being edited. Since the build-in datatypes are read-only, this prevents creating simple
types from build-in types.
