When parent pom gets fixed and build is back to stable, you should also configure CI job
to remove SVN entry for requirements/ folder.

As described by JBIDE-11714, we are trying to provide more autonomy for builds of
components that will be part of JBT/JBDS.
So we'd like you to leverage Maven plugins to prepare tests (in
org.teiid.designer.ui.bot.test) rather than relying on requirements.properties and all the
related mechanisms that will be deprecated soon.
