Runtime detection unnecessary since teiid server implemented as automagical component of
started jboss server in eclipse, ie. when a jboss 7 server is started in eclipse, if it
supports teiid then the related teiid artefacts will be displayed in both the Servers and
Teiid Server views. To create a new teiid server is to discover a teiid-supporting jboss
server.
