Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
JBDS 4.0.0 Beta 1 version has the right Eclipse Bits, so this exception is NOT
reproduceable.

I tried to import from Rose, but when I started the importer I received this exception:
The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in "org.teiid.designer.rose.ui" was unable to instantiate class
