How would we handle 1 Source Model with multiple schemas containing tables with the same
names? We have several customers that Input Source Models where the db user has access to
2 or more schemas and they want all schemas underneath the same Model and it happens that
there are tables with the same name under each schema.
Catalog and Schema should use different icons so that they can be
distinquished as to their type
