This is a key divergence between a source level view of metadata and a runtime view of
metadata. Teiid Designer is somewhere in the middle of the two.
At runtime the Teiid catalog is always the vdb name and the schema is the model name. Any
design time catalog/schema contained in the model is simply squashed into the table name
of its children.
