Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Tried refactoring location of source model into a folder in the same project. Worked fine.
Moved it back. Worked fine. Also tried, undo and redo of the moves and those all worked
with no errors. The CreatePreviewVdbJob class has been changed since this defect was
written so those changes might have addressed the problem Paul was seeing.

When I refactor > move a source model I get an error proclaiming problems creating the
preview VDB. See the attached screenshot to see the dialog box presented to the user.
