Resolution: Done
Update the WSDL to Relational Importer to create models based upon the new language
features. Removed the XSD to Relational Wizard and created actions that can be invoked
from an XSD in the Model Explorer or the WTP XSD View.
Need to come back in 7.1.1 and clean up some unused code.

See TEIID-171. The XML capabilites the engine now offers can replace the XML relational
connectors. These importers need to generate virtual models with transformation logic
containing the new XML functions.
