So if I create a new function, that function will not be found using the transformation editor's expression builder. The problem is in the com.metamatrix.modeler.transformation.udf.UdfManager class. The UdfManager is responsible for alerting the FunctionLibraryManager of changes to the UDF model and is not doing that.
