So here's the latest proposal
1) Change the visible New > Catalog/Schema to say "New > Schema Folder"
& "New > Catalog Folder"
2) Change the JDBC Import Options page "Include in Model" group label to
"Add Folders" and change the check-box labels to say "Create folders for
each schema/catalog"
3) Add check-box labeled "Use Fully-Qualified Names" in the "Model Object
Names" group.
4) Add a simple "Example: 'PARTSSUPPLIER.PARTS.PART_NAME'" to some of
the toggle options on the page (for clarity)
5) create separate icons for the Catalog Folder and the Schema Folder objects
