The fix for this JIRA insures that the preview vdb artifacts created are correct,
deployable and previewable.
However, the side-affect is that after importing a project set users will have to:
1) Open each model in an editor, perform an auto-layout in order to mark the model
"dirty" or requires save
2) Save the model.
The save model action triggers the creation of the corresponding preview vdb.
If you are creating/editing models via Designer's Import Wizard or New Model wizard,
there should be no problems previewing.

Import Parts Example project
Continue with example and try to preview or Execute VDB and get no "Source"
error from Teiid.
Problem is the Preview VDB is being created prior to the PartsSourceA.xmi being fully
loaded. Result is the ModelEntry for it contains ModelType == "Type" instead of
"Physical".
Fix is to not respond to Open Project events in TEiid Designer "PreviewManager"
class
