Updated the XSD today.
For 7.4.2, the schema will only support "Source" relational models. Was a lot of
work to get to this point.
For 7.6, we'll look at upgrading so we can handle View relational models as well.
As far as "Functions", I think think are referring to our new "Source
Function" which is really just a Procedure with FUNCTION = TRUE and a deterministic
extension property.
7.6 will contain more of the new Model Extension framework which will have to be used
somehow to inject/attach the "deterministic" property.

The CSV formatted Relational Tables option in the Text File importer is incomplete and
buggy.
We need to rethink and improve our text-file mechanism for importing ALL relational model
objects including any of their supported relational properties.
Propose using an XML-structure instead of CSV.
