Federate Tools Designer will need to accommodate the "plugins" scenerio. Need to attach/build these files in a different project (i.e. com.metamatrix.modeler.help mabye?) and provide a framework in the Welcome (or other mechanism) page to import/open Examples, similar to 5.5.3 MM Designer.
