Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Current 6.3/7.0 Designer problems view appears to work fine. D-clicking error opens
diagram and selects correct object.

Restore Designer "Problems" view characteristics
We had to remove the Modeler Problems view and rely on generic Eclipse Problems view.
This includes implementing interfaces like IShowInSource, IShowInTarget,
IShowInTargetList. This framework utilizes getAdapter()'s.
