It doesn't replace the user's port, it replaces the Admin port from the Admin
connection's URL. A JDBC connection should not be made to the Admin port. Also,
while it is a hardcoded value in this action, the action brings up the ConnectionProfile
creation dialog where the user is free to replace this value with another if they choose.
