Had to create a special SetFunctionParameterTypeModelingAction to handle the non-SQLAspect
setting of the FunctionParameter type value (string). Added in the
org.teiid.designer.udf.ui plugin

Probably just an oversight and it's easily worked around, but for consistency there
should be a "Modeling > Set Datatype" context menu action for parameters and
return parameters of scalar functions.
