Following the current pattern would mean new DataPolicyElement, PermissionElement, etc... classes. In addition, we'll need to add the structured objects necessary for the VDB Editor to create/edit DataPolicy structure compatible with Designer's Vdb, VdbModelEntry, VdbEntry. Following the current pattern would mean new DataPolicyEntry (extends VdbEntry?), PersmissionEntry, etc.. classes
