After upgrading I found the Designer did not "see" the new SYSADMIN.logMsg
method. After reviewing the results, Barry saw the system vdb has a minor change in it
that was fixed for Teiid 7.7 and now needs to be ported to this version.
It relates to the path to the system vdb not having a slash in front.
The System.vdb is not up to date

The system.vdb included in the Designer is not update with 7.4.1 Teiid. There were some
updates with respect to the system procedure that lets the user LOG messages from the
