I saw that you had some questions for Isaac. The GA for SOA 5.3 will be July 11th. On this day, all of the books (including the product versions of the JBDS SOA and EDS Plug-In Guides) will be published on docs.redhat.com. (docs.redhat.com is the official Red Hat site for all documentation.)
Drafts of the books are on http://documentation-stage.bne.redhat.com/docs/en-US/ at the moment. Note that the documentation-stage is an internal site only.
