XsdSimpleDatatypesEditorPage notification handler was not checking for feature ID =
XSDPackage.XSD_SIMPLE_TYPE_DEFINITION__SIMPLE_TYPE to refresh.
Added additional check and it refreshed OK.

While testing the simple datatypes editor we change the name of a datatype from
PublicationYear to Temporary. When the change is made, the old name remains on the list of
"Datatypes in BookDatatypes.xsd". Only after restarting the editor is the change
noted in that list.
Not a major issue, but it leaves the not-quite-finished impression.
