Resolution: Done
Models physically located outside the workspace location now show up with the right model
type in vdb.xml file. Also, fixed a problem (infinite loop) when adding a model to a VDB
that depends on a model that depends on that model being added (circular dependency).

When a Teiid Designer project is created out side the default workspace, then when user
creates the VDB, the vdb.xml contains wrong model type on all the models enclosed in that
