This isn't just for a jdbc source, any source that requires translator setting(s).
As for importing, that could get complicated if your talking about selecting what to
import into an existing vdb to override. Otherwise, if your talking about importing a
vdb, then that doesn't cover this case where the user is creating a new vdb with
different models, but the same data sources.

Building multiple vdb's in a single project and the same data sources, assigned the
same translator, are used. It would be good to enable the extracting/copying of
Translator property overrides for ease of setting up/updating VDB's that need the same
overrides.
