Worked around the TEIID-1141 by implementing a DTP CatalogLoader. This loader should be
removed when TEIID-1141 is fixed and pulled into Designer.

The Teiid 7.0 final build JDBC Driver is not returning any values for the getCatalogs()
call. https://jira.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-1141
Because of this defect, metadata does not display in the DTP DataSource Exporer view (the
data is displayed hierarchically, and because schema.catalog and table.catalog are never
equal to the empty string returned from getCatalogs( ), nothing is displyed.
