This should be added as an appendix in the docs. After discussion with Ken, he recommended a designer appendix doc. would be a good place. Not sure how to handle Appendicies in Docbook, haven't done it before. Maybe convert current Section 10 (Teiid Designer UI Reference) to an Appendix also
