The importer logic already covers adding catalog/schema to the nameInSource. The
difference in not utilizing the metadata entries would be in the naming of the
tables/procedures. Now that Designer allows it, it's fine to set the metadata name of
a table to something like catalog.schema.table rather than creating the catalog and schema
metamodel entries.
